We are looking for a Head of Creativity to develop creative ideas and concepts that are insightful, relevant, innovative, and effective and to manage the internal creative & design team.
You will be responsible for managing a team of designers and creatives.
As Head of Creativity, you will help create and develop creativity, ideas, designs, and materials for marketing, social communication, and digital campaigns.
You will be responsible for the organization of the creative workflow, managing and supervising the creative team in their daily work and acting as the creative touchpoint for all company departments that need creative support.
You should be a creative individual with strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills, with the ability to motivate and direct your team in the design and production of best-in-class creative solutions across different platforms.
You will report to the Brand & Creative VP.
Responsibilities Supporting the Brand & Creative VP with the development of creative and communication ideas, digital campaigns, concepts, and strategies.
Managing and supervising multiple projects and the creative team.
Acting as the creative touchpoint for other departments, analyzing requests for creative projects, developing a solid creative brief for creatives, and assuring that creative work meets their needs.
Ensuring resources are allocated according to project needs.
Directing creativity and development of creative materials.
Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.
Meeting company objectives, values, budgets, and deadlines.
Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies and helping the creative team's curiosity to grow.
Requirements 5+ years of experience as Head of Creativity (creative/digital agencies or tech company in-house agencies).
Strong creative mindset and concept/idea development skills.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, communication, creativity, branding, design principles, and development.
Solid knowledge of creative, digital, and collaborative design tools.
Experience leading and managing creative and design teams, excellent project planning skills.
Excellent collaboration, communication, problem-solving, planning, project management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Exceptional experience in presenting information (both visually and in writing).
