For our Headquarters in Ora (South Tyrol, Italy) or Germany, we are looking for a
Head of Corporate Finance (M/F/d)
Main objectives:
Being the sparrings partner for the senior management, you will be the group-wide key player for our global finance activities.
You will be the head of our international Finance and Accounting teams, including our Shared Service Center in Oradea (Romania) and our Insurance and Risk Management.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the development, documentation, standardisation, harmonisation and digitisation of our global financial processes, guiding us to work on the basis of IFRS;
- Drive the development, documentation, standardization, harmonization and digitization of our global finance processes, guiding us to work on IFRS basis;
- Monitoring and managing the Group's financial risks by providing accurate reporting and taking appropriate measures;
- Evaluating, developing and harmonising our backbone systems in finance and enabling finance teams to use them effectively;
- Ensuring the excellence, transparency, efficiency, compliance and business support of our group-wide expert finance functions.
Qualifications and skills:
- Master Degree in Economics or Business Administration with a focus on finance and accounting;
- At least 3-5 years finance leadership experience on corporate level in an international business environment, preferably gained in an audit company;
- Ability to lead large teams and bring about change in the company, having gained solid experience in digitisation and business intelligence initiatives;
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) and IFRS (German and/or Italian GAAP desirable);
- Proven experience in the implementation and harmonization of finance backbone systems (e.g.
SAP);
- Capacity to work with cross-functional departments and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders from all hierarchies;
- Provide willingness for operational readiness (preparedness and capability to deep dive in business);
- Ability to work and perform within difficult and non-unambiguous frame conditions
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent in English and German or Italian.
