Role - Head of Composite Design (Motorsport) Working for a dnamic motorsport team , you'll gain hands-on experience, collaborate with talented professionals, and contribute to cutting-edge projects. This role is based in Maranello, Italy, reporting to the Chief Designer. You will lead and guide a group of designers, focusing on improving car quality, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Composite Design Group in developing F1 car components. Drive continuous improvement with a focus on performance. Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of composite components. Collaborate with other departments to meet quality and performance targets. Conduct research, manage CAD design, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering with expertise in composite materials. Minimum of 12 years in F1 composite design. Experience leading composite structure projects.
