Responsible for our new office's goals and strategies. Make business grow locally as well as internationally. Ensure brand implementation in a new market. Analyse the IT & Engineering market to build up a client-portfolio identifying potential clients and projects from scratch. Hiring, management and development of the internal management, recruitment and consultant team to develop and follow their career path and ensure motivation and engagement. Are you aligned with what we are looking for? Minimum 4 years of experience in a Senior Manager position within the IT or Engineering sector. Deep knowledge of the consultancy business and market in Italy. Fluent Italian and English, another language is a plus. Decision maker and willing to take risks to implement a new company in the market. Out of the box mindset to set up new goals and company strategies.
