Head Of Bu Assistant - Appartenente Alle Categorie Protette (Art. 1 L 68/99)

On behalf of our customer, a pharmaceutical corporation, we are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team as the Head of Business Unit Assistant, belonging to Protected Categories (Categorie Protette  Art 1 L 68/99).
This role will support in all aspects of operations and management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
For this role we are offering an initial permanent contract with external agency (Staff Leasing) Tasks & responsibilities   Assist the Head of BU and the Team in planning and implementing key activities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of BUstrategies.
Support on events coordination, administration topic connected.
Prepare and analyze reports and providing insights to the BU Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, budgeting, and project management.
Requirements Belonging to Protected Categories ( Protected Categories (Categorie Protette  Art 1 L 68/99) Proficiency in english Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similars represents a nice to have Proven experience in sales support role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Ariba - DocuSign - Cora- efect - IVT Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
