We are looking for a **Head of Brand Strategy and Activation, **a true customer champion, with demonstrated commercial capabilities, excellent leadership and creative skills.

Guide, inspire and motivate a team of several people covering:
- Content creation (graphic, video, etc.
)
- Social Media Communications
- Localisation of Communication across the different Countries
- Digital Advertising
- CRM
- Digital Customer Engagement
- International Marketing activities

Report to the CEO about the productivity of the team, results and the alignment to priorities and objectives.
This will result in weekly progress reviews focused on metrics and OKR (Objectives and Key Results);
Help formulate the future brand strategy to grow and succeed in the key markets UK, ITA, ESP, CAD.
Focus on marketing operations for brand awareness and scalability,
Implement business strategies and plans to ensure alignment with short-term and long-term objectives developed with the CEO.
Monitor closely variances of monthly sales to create a correlation with advertising and communication campaigns
Evaluate market trends, and sales trends, establishing critical measurements and determining customer-service strategies;
Supervise and feedback on campaign plans and content with an eye for detail and commerciality.
Act as quality control for all brand content
Ensure cohesive communication across all channels that meet visual communication and brand high standards.
