Head of Brand As an ambassador of Treatwell's mission, the Head of Brand is responsible for the overall brand strategy and development.
Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will be part of our central marketing team, supporting all markets and coordinating Comms and B2B community teams.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to develop compelling, insight-led brand and messaging strategies for both B2C & B2B audiences - both beauty and wellness consumers and salons.
You'll be accountable for the brand on both sides promoting our marketplace and creatively positioning our SaaS.
You will be responsible for: Own the brand strategy - Create, maintain and plan the execution of our brand strategy.
Be responsible for visual identity of the brand and tone of voice in each channel. Own the brand research and insight - we know the best brands are built on solid research and this role is responsible for collecting the right kinds of data to inform our decision making. Regularly review brand and communications results, assist in budgeting and forecasting. Lead, inspire and manage a cross-functional team of creative, copywriter, event manager and comms expert. Lead the B2B content creative process, in collaboration with the wider marketing and design team and external agencies.
The content production will include but not limited to testimonials, case studies, collateral, research, videos, advertising etc. Lead and drive cross-functional projects that will ensure the maximisation of our brands performance, coordinating actions across teams such as Sales, Product, Tech. Work with the B2B community team to implement our organic social media strategy, to roll out webinars, lives, partnerships and influencer programs, enabling measurable, high-impact results with performance reporting that educates our stakeholders. Develop and manage a robust partner marketing strategy ensuring accuracy and relevancy, including the creation of ambassador programs, partner events, trainings. Work with the Comms team to develop and implement a PR and Media strategy, aiming at consolidating the reputation and credibility of the brand. Own the planning, production and execution of events across Europe from large hosted events to participation at industry trade shows to small and local events. About you: You have proven experience building brands for digital products ideally in a high growth scale up business. You have experience in managing comms departments or PR agencies and a strong understanding of the media landscape. Honed strategic thinking and proven track record in developing & delivering successful brand growth strategies. You have experience rolling out a rebrand or leading a brand towards a significant evolution. A strong and persuasive communicator, able to simplify tasks and think strategically. Data savvy with the ability to turn customer and competitive insights into an effective brand strategy and actionable marketing plans. You have a solid understanding of B2B SaaS and B2B2C business. Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability with results and outcomes focus. You have already managed a consistent Marketing budget (+£1.5M). About Treatwell Hi, we're Treatwell.
