Head Of Brand

For a global Company operating in the Consumer industry with HQ in Italy and leader in its market, we are looking for a
Define the brand strategy and brand architecture, including consumer target definitions, brand performance curves and brand roadmaps;
Develop and execute brand marketing plans to drive growth and profitability;
Embed brand strategies throughout the organization;
Guide and approve branded product stories and claims;
Guide development and approve visual brand language;
Own the creative andconsumer touch point strategy of the brand and ensure consistent execution throughout the region;
Deliver effective brand communication tools, content and creativity through all consumer-facing touch points, including launch packages, advertising, in-store and digital experience, PR, international events, etc.

Lead the team and enable the right level of cooperation among functions, ensuring team spirit and a good team-working environment;
Provide leadership, coaching and appropriate training to the direct reports.
Master's Degree;
Strong experience in similar positions, dealing with branding and communication;
He/she preferably comes from complex Consumer, FMCG or Fashion & Luxury multinationals;
Good international experience;
Italian knowledge is NOT a mandatory requirement, as we are open to international applicants too.
