Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute the branch's strategic business plan to achieve growth targets and enhance market presence.Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Commercial Growth:Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and internal policies, particularly those established by CONSOB.Stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.Financial Management:Oversee the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Analyze financial metrics and implement strategies for improvement.Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, ensuring transparent and effective communication with CONSOB.Represent Capital.com at industry events and forums to promote our brand and offerings. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, with a strong emphasis on regulatory complianceProven experience managing a branch or similar operations in the financial sectorIn-depth knowledge of Italian financial regulations and experience working with CONSOBExceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on resultsExcellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
