You will drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth for our UpMarket sales teams in the Americas.About the TeamYou will report to the Head of Americas Marketing and will partner closely with other teams across the organization including sales, campaigns, BDRs, and the channel to ensure goal alignment, customer-centricity, and optimal ROI.What we're looking forHave experience in a senior-level field role with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including field marketing in software/technology.Have exhibited leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teamsHave demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic field marketing plans that align with business objectivesExperience marketing to corporate IT functions in enterprise companiesHave project management, negotiation, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills with ability to make data-driven decisionHave ability to build trusting, collaborative relationships with peers, sales teams, partners, and customersHave a sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your business and clearly communicate your resultsHave an outcome driven, analytical, mindset and have a track record of executing creative, impactful field marketing programsSalary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$121,600.00Maximum:$266,000.00At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
