We believe in the power of technology, creativity, and entrepreneurship to build the future of education.Role DescriptionAs the Head of Academic Excellence, you will manage the Academic Excellence area under the H-uman Development division and be responsible for overseeing the quality, innovation, and continuous improvement of all educational programs.
You will lead a team focused on applied research in business, ensuring the highest standards in program delivery while managing processes related to academic quality assurance.
Additionally, you will drive initiatives that enhance the learning experience and ensure compliance with international academic standards.
There is also the possibility to take on a teaching role in one of the core knowledge areas of the Business School, based on your expertise and experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage the Academic Excellence area, ensuring that projects are aligned with H-FARM Business School's strategic objectives.Lead the Academic Excellence team to maintain and elevate teaching standards, research impact, and student outcomes.Lead the development of Centre of Competences and maintain the relationship with Scientific Directors and Board Members of the knowledge areas.Ensure the proper implementation of quality assurance processes to support the school's educational offerings, including programs in Corporate Learning and Executive Education.Coordinate applied research projects, to be eventually co-designed and developed with corporate partners, contributing to innovative business practices and fostering collaboration with external partners.Support faculty development through regular feedback, professional development programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with other divisions to ensure cohesion and synergy in the overall educational offering.Manage the department's budget and ensure the efficient allocation of resources for projects and programs.Possibility to be a professor in a specific area of expertise within the main knowledge domains of the Business School.RequirementsA master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., management engineering or other engineering fields, business, economics, management) is required.
