Reporting to the Italian Senior Marketing Manager, the HCP Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible within the Diabetes business for developing, planning and implementing HCP offline and online marketing activities, including segmentation and tailored messages as well as the establishment of HCP networks and hcp-specific communication and tools.
To fulfill this position, we are looking for a highly motivated team player, based in Lombardy, with a proven record of successfully implementing projects within complex environments.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Contribute to the establishment of the HCP marketing vision, strategy and objectives; Drive the implementation of the HCP marketing; drive strong synergies with the Medical Marketing and Training & Education team members to ensure the delivery of the plan at regional level, gather feedback and track KPIs; Develop therapy-related material and tools tailored to hcp needs and aligned with the hcp content strategy, working closely with the EMEA Diabetes Therapy Innovation and clinical&medical teams, as well as creative agencies; collaborate with the whole marketing&education team for their implementation (and adaptation); Gather and analyze insights, and challenge the status quo with the aim to drive meaningful innovation to the way Medtronic engages with hcp (online/offline); Develop and lead the strategy towards the Scientific Societies, organizing an annual plan that embraces Congresses participation and activities able to establish a strategic partnership; Develop new and innovation communication channels and tools to maximize HCPs awareness of our products, services and solutions, and to generate internal awareness and excitement around the hcp-related activities; Closely collaborate with different teams within the Marketing & Strategy structure (Customer, Patients and Payors marketing teams) to drive synergies for the initiatives. Keep on-going communication with the EMEA countries to understand their needs and challenges and keep them informed of the nurse marketing priorities; Required Knowledge and Experience:
Marketing or business Bachelor or Master 5+ marketing management experience in customer marketing, customer engagement, product management, or market development 3+ years marketing leadership responsibilities working with Global/European teams in a global company Strong sense of prioritization, reactiveness, focus and ownership Positive and proactive mindset; can-do attitude Analytical and solution driven Resilience mindset, ability to see opportunities when facing difficult situations and challenges Ability to build relationships in a multi-cultural and matrix environment and to work effectively with sales teams and customers Proven ability to think out of the box, challenge the status quo and bring disruptive innovation to reach business objectives; courageous, able to take smart risks Highly motivated, strong team player, easy to work with Adaptability, growth mindset, and proven ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) at all levels Demonstrated integrity and respect Physical Job Requirements
