Job Description:DXC Technology is looking for aHCM Expert Solution Developerto join the HCM business applications European practice.The Software Developer will work in all aspects of software development, from overall architecture to day-to-day maintenance and participating in sprint/development cycles with the team.
This position requires knowledge in front and back-end web development.The ResponsibilitiesThe position involves working closely with clients and colleagues to do the following:Work within and across teams to provide software solutions for our customers.Participate in all aspects and ceremonies associated with Agile development.Determine complexity level of a story in a Sprint/Development cycle.Communicate with Project Managers on current project statusBuild scalable software through architecture discussions with the HCM team.Apply test-driven developmentManage work using JIRA, including tasks, bugs, estimates and actuals.Have familiarity with continuous integration and deployment conceptsRequirements2+ years of technical experience with HCM platform with at least one of the following: Cornerstone, Workday, Sap, SuccessfactorAbility to write code that is performant and easy to understandAbility to present technical information to various audiencesKnowledge of how to build secure applicationsFluent in EnglishThe Ideal Candidate HasGood knowledge of CornerstoneOne of the following cornerstone's certifications: core, learning, performance, recruiting, integration, edcastHiring Location: Milan, Rome, Bitritto with remote work possibility
