We are currently seeking a Hardware Development Senior Engineer to join our Milan team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to build exceptional products and contribute to our ongoing growth.
What a typical day looks like:Develop and refine hardware architecture designsPrepare technical designs and detailed technical reportsConduct hardware prototyping, testing, debugging, and validation in laboratory environmentsResponsibility of the design, layout and library parts management of medical printed circuit boardsGenerate the complete documentation for PCB manufacturability, including gerber files, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, and all supporting documentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including firmware/software engineering and mechanical engineering, to define and execute design methodologiesParticipate in design reviews and brainstorming of new productsEngage in meetings with international customersThe experience we're looking to add to our team:At least 3-4 years of relevant work experienceMSc degree in Electronic Engineering or a related fieldProficiency in both written and spoken EnglishProven experience in developing analog hardware designs, including schematic capture, component selection, and PCB designPCB design experience with a comprehensive knowledge of design requirements as it relates to electrical, mechanical and manufacturing requirementsExpertise in prototyping, testing, debugging, and validating circuitsFamiliarity with schematic tools, preferably OrCAD Capture CISExperience with Altium DesignerStrong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide:Hybrid workingDevelopment opportunities and career pathwaysProfessional, modern work environmentOpportunities to work with major international pharmaceutical companiesDiverse and interesting projectsWork-life balanceFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
