Hardware Designer

The partner: We are looking for a Hardware Designer who will join the Electronic Design inside the Research and Development team to develop and design electronic schematics for automotive rear lamps, reporting directly to the Electronic Design Manager.
The role: Deal with development, design, simulation, and testing of electronic schematics; Define, following customer requirements, HW customized design (architecture) and internal specifications; Interface with SW designers in order to achieve architecture implementation; Cooperate in continuous improvement activities (Design Guideline, Libraries, and Design CAD); Support safety relevant activities such as FMEA, verification, and testing; Participate in design reviews and validation of the system; Define project specifications and create project HW documentation.
Mandatory skills: Electrical CAD and simulation tools (Spice); PCB Design; Accuracy and creativity; Quality mindset and problem solving; Effective communication.
Optional skills: EMC Knowledge; Electronic Control of LED; IBM Doors; ISO 26262; Automotive SPICE; Fluent English.
Location: Tolmezzo, Udine.
