JOB MISSION To support the performance of new products and the improvement of existing products, empower hairdressers by developing new sustainable and ethical products that drive the growth of the Davines business, show case the hairdressers craft and take care for the environment.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the team of Test Space Specialists in the daily activities of:              - Participate at the daily planning meeting              - Welcome the models of Test Space              - Participation in the test plan for each model              - Support models in the preparation              - Colour applications /permanent / demi / semi              - Bleaching / balayage / highlights              - Permanent / counter-permanent              - Shampoo/ Conditioner/ Treatment applications              - Styling product applications              - Blow drying and finishing hair Learn and then manage the appointment booking systems.
Telephone/ digital diary/ digital client record card.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years of experience as hairdresser.
Be confident in all service applications as stated in above duties and key responsibilities.
Deep and concrete attitude for human contacts and teamwork, attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
Passion for hair.
Fluent in English.
