Haier Brand Coordinator (Temporary)

What you will do
Inserted in the organization of the Haier Brand team, the Brand Coordinator has the role to deploy and grant the brand personality and identity through the projects of Trade & Consumer Fairs, Sport Sponsorship and Go To Market.
Brand manager is responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across all projects.
She or he would be responsible for:
- Trade & Consumer Fairs projects from concept to full execution, starting from the conceptualization of the brand Storytelling to the definition of the product display and interactive activations.
These activities implies the interaction with the different product lines and the collaboration with external international agencies- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to define the international Brand strategy- Prepare brief to agencies that makes clear the brand direction and product key features and consumer benefits as well as reason to believe- Coordinate Agencies and Production House to secure the timing of the different assets and their approval to licensors- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to report to Chinese HQ for the detail plans and related results- Take the complete ownership of the organization of the International events included in the Sponsorship- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize initiatives that may involve the internal sport community and make sure that all the different areas of the company are involved in the project- Interact with countries granting coherence of the Sport Sponsorship strategy & creativity yet considering countries specificities- Manage different priorities all stakeholders might push for- Manage an internship role that is granted for support- Collaborate with Brand Manager to complete the product launch package with innovative yet coherent Go To Market solutions (both Digital & Physical solutions)- Report to Managers & Directors being efficient & effective
What you need to succeed
Must have- Brand Event Management knowledge, demonstrated ability to interact in a proactive manner with agencies as well as with internal and international counterparts.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills.- Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution.
Nice to have- Strong Interest in Sports- Achieve results in a very dynamic environment and to deliver tactical and operational levels yet maintaining an overall strategic view across different business sector
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Digital or related field.
1/2 years as brand or event professional experience
Professional Experience
An experience in advertising agency or sport sponsorship
Languages
Fluent in English - written & verbal
