Job DescriptionReporting directly to the Duty Manager, the Guest Service Agent is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the reception whilst on duty. The Guest Service Agent ensures that guests and visitors feel comfortable and welcome upon arriving and departing the hotel.
Responsibilities include:
Supervision of driveway and daily operations to ensure a consistently high standard of guest service.Management of information desk activities, including guest queries, information, mail, and messages.Identifying guests and directing them accordingly based on their requests.Providing general information to customers and guests in a helpful manner.Identifying ways to increase the hotel's overall profitability within the section.Explaining the hotel and network pricing policy to guests.Presenting the sales pitch for various network products and hotel services.Systematically offering the hotel's services to guests upon their arrival.Striving to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrating active use of the Accor Values.QualificationsMinimum qualifications include:
Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred.A strong focus on customer service.Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required.Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Additional Information• Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
