Other responsibilities will include ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the lobby and luggage storage room, assisting guests at the Reception/Concierge Desk, and responding to a wide variety of guest requests, adding your personal recommendations and touches ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.Our Ideal Guest Services Agent candidate will have:Previous Front Office experience ideally in luxury hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and a team spirit approach.
This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal.
You must possess a valid driving licence and the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application.
