We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in luxury hospitality who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Act as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience throughout their stay.
Oversee daily interactions to ensure satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Manage guest feedback, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient service aligned with LQA standards.
Proactively anticipate guests' needs, offering personalized solutions to enhance their stay.
Requirements Previous experience in luxury hospitality, preferably with Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards.
Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a guest-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to providing a high level of service.
