If you are a Dream-maker, this is the place for you.Together, we'll create the real fabric of Gucci.A community of people united by the same passion: breaking new ground in the fashion world and beyond.Role Mission:Leading a team and reporting directly to the Tax & Customs Director, you will have responsibility for the management and coordination of the Tax Compliance regarding several Italian companies belonging to the Gucci Division.You will provide support and advices to internal functions, administration and stores on tax matters.Key AccountabilitiesDeveloping and maintaining tax compliance procedures and risk assessment frameworks, to ensure effective tax management.Managing and overseeing the filing of regular tax returns, including income tax, VAT and other direct or indirect taxes.Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure our tax policies are implemented accurately per national tax compliances.Identifying, tracking and reporting any potential financial risks or issues and working closely with the accounting teams to implement appropriate solutions.Providing support in case of tax audits.RequirementsFunctional:360 business acumen.Strong partnership network.Strong leadership skills, managing and developing teams, directly and indirectly.Financial acumen and ability to cross financial and non-financial data to generate insights.Project Management skills, including strong planning and execution skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Significant experience in managing and developing Tax Compliance.Bachelor's degree in economy, accounting, taxation or a related field.(Preferred) Professional qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, preferably in a corporate or audit firms.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP or Oracle.Fluency in English.Key challenges :The role involves a high number of stakeholders (internal and external) and requires influencing skills.Agility in the approach and in reviewing priorities, in line with the business needs.Balancing a global approach with local needs.Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
