Being part of the Finance RTW Team located in Novara, with main duties to prepare and analyze the P&L (Industrial Accounting) for each Business Area.Job Description Key Accountabilities Actively participate in process efficiency projects. Participate in the implementation of industrial accounting and related KPIs. Prepare reporting to support standard vs actual differences. Working closely with Operation entities to analyze Orders margins. Participate in the monthly management closing. Ensure that industrial accounting records are in accordance with Group guidelines. Supervise periodic physical inventories preparing proper supporting documentation. Requirements Functional Bachelor's in economics and EconomicPrevious experience in auditing/consulting firmsPreferable at least two years of experience in the role as ControllerExcellent knowledge of the Office Package, mastery of SAP, knowledge of Stealth is a plusGood knowledge of EnglishBehavioural Problem - solvingProactivityAnalytical approach to problemsAbility to work in a teamGucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
