Based within the Design Office, you are responsible for oversee the MRTW collection product development processes Job Description
Your opportunity
B ased within the D esign Office, you are responsible for o versee the M RTW collection product development processes
How you will contribute t o
A ct as a point of contact between the Design Office based in Milan and the RTW Dept . based in Novara

W ork closely with Design Office on receiving inputs and sketches for the new collection

B ring a deep technical point of view throughout the creation of the product .

A nticipat e potential issues in collection development

Strive for innovative solutions

Liaise daily with the Novara RTW Product Development and with Pattern Making Department

Attend fitting meetings

Who you are
E xtensive post qualification experience (at least 10 years) in a similar r ole

D eep technical knowledge of RTW collection development in luxury companies

A problem solver, able to prioritize workload and pay close attention to details

A collaborative individual able to build solid and effective relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders

An effectivecommunicator with strong interpersonal skills

A great team player, able to engage with teams and colleagues from different functions and at different levels in the company

Highly organized and with demonstrated thoroughness to ensure quality work

Willing to travel in Italy and abroad from time to time

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
