The Ready to Wear (RTW) Business Unit is dedicated to the product development and the production of the RTW collections for Gucci.

We are currently seeking a Gucci Men's and Women's Pattern Making Manager who will report to the General Manager RTW Industrial Operations as part of our dynamic team in Novara.
Role Mission The candidate will be responsible for the M&W Pattern Making department and will manage the entire team of Men's and Women's Pattern Makers, developing patterns for both sample and production phase.
How will you contribute Coordinate teams of Pattern Makers and create an efficient and collaborative environmentParticipate in fittings and provide technical support and adviceBuild strong relationships and collaboration with Atelier, Product Development and Design Office to ensure timely product confirmationEnsure exceptional quality and timely delivery of Patterns, both in Sampling and Production phaseContinually research new ideas that could be used to improve quality and efficiency of each product categoryWho you are A person with minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role preferably in luxury brandsSeasoned professional with excellent knowledge of pattern making techniquesOrganized and result orientedExperienced and capable managing big teamsFluent in Italian and preferably EnglishRegular
