Ensure the efficient and secure operation of the company's IT systems by facilitating communication and collaboration within the IT service managers and across various departments, supporting the IT manager in the strategic and operational management of IT projects.
Key Accountabilities Developing the expertise in one or more business-technology areas (tools, technologies, IT services, business processes, etc.)Assist the IT manager in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.Assist the IT manager in planning, executing, and monitoring IT projectsSupporting Business key users in the initiative of improvementsIdentify gaps, risks or contradictions in requirements and clarify them with stakeholdersSupporting the review of Supplier proposalsConducting analysis of complex business domains and related business processes or systemsMonitoring Service Levels agreed with Suppliers and with the Business addressing Service Level breaches or escalating where necessary Requirements Technical knowledge and business acumen of the creation, product development & manufacturing processes/operations in luxury or fashion industryA good knowledge of IT processes in Ready To wear manufacturing environment5+ years in Luxury/Fashion companiesProject management methodologiesSuccessful completion of a Bachelor of Computer Science, or an Engineering degreeSoft skills:
Ability to manage multiple service in a multi-tasking environmentReactivity and flexibility in managing real-time changesAbility to prioritise workload and tasksStrong attitude for working in team putting it ahead of personal successesStrong interpersonal, communication and relational skillsStrong relationships building attitudeTechnical skills:
