SummaryThe IT Industrial & Supply-chain Service area deals with the business/technology aspects of the Supply Chain Planning & Control processes and acts as the bridge between the business problems and the technology solutions and is accountable for the initiation, transition and ongoing maintenance/support/delivery of the IT services supporting the business processes.Currently, we are offering 4 opportunities within the same area.Job DescriptionKey AccountabilitiesSystem responsibilitiesResponsible of the functional Know How of systems and platformsSystems configuration being able to define the roadmap and solutionsResponsible for the functional analysis of projects and Change Requests (projects related, or system related)Assessing the opportunities for service enhancement using technologies and toolsManaging the ongoing service delivery and support ensuring that they meet agreed business requirementsResponsible for incident management and change request management processes to the services, ensuring to maximize their value for both BIT and the BusinessMonitoring Service Levels agreed with Suppliers and with the Business addressing Service Level breaches or escalating where necessarySolution Development Continuous improvement of systems & processes:
proposing solutions and approaches, proactively proposing improvements belonging to his/her area of expertisePresent offered solution design/architecture to stakeholders and verify/adapt it during realization phase
- Partner with main stakeholders providing guidance for complex initiatives establishing loyal relationshipsDelivering/organizing training sessions addressed to target usersSuppliers coordinationResponsible for the operational management of suppliers ( AMS) being able to validate thesolutions proposed by suppliers (in terms of content, time, cost and quality)Projects & on-going activities budget estimation (impact analysis assessment, forecasting, resources allocation, collaboration with external partners, contingency analysis)Management of external consultants and correct allocation of the capacityReview of Supplier proposalsSupervise day by day activities carried out by suppliersRequirements 5+ years proven experience in IT Governance, Service Maintenance & managementProven experience in process analysis and solution creation in supply chain planning and control domainKnowledge of the end-to-end Order to Delivery, Sales & Operations Planning systems and processesExperience in managing cross-functional projects in Logistic, Production and Supply Chain in large and complex companiesGood knowledge of systems integration logicsGood knowledge of the functional and technical architecture of infrastructures and platformsSupplier management and coordinationTechnical Skills:
Proven experience in using main IT architectures (Host Centric, Client Server, Multi-tier architectures, Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices)Good knowledge of the As A Service philosophy and main IT services and market "products" (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Office 365, etc.
)Good knowledge of the Application SW supporting the planning and control processes of the Supply Chain ( Stealth 3000, AS400, SO99+, OracleRpas, TXT Planning solution, Board)KnowledgeSoft skills:
