Where and when could you start the internship with us? Starting from 28th Oct 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Global Retail Academy Team.
Key Accountabilities The intern will support the Merchandising Reporting Team with a focus in the following activities:
Support in the creation of engaging communication assets to support the Training initiatives (Video Teasers, banners, poster, posts, etc.)Embellishment & creation of Execs presentationReporting, documentation and archivingAutomation of Training processesSupport in Retail Training EventsWhat will you learn with us? The intern will be placed within the Global Retail Training team focusing on evaluating the retail training tools and processes:
Learn about the main activities of Global Retail AcademyLearn about Retail training activities globally and how processes and solutions are developedLearn how a digital learning ecosystem is builtLearn how training is supporting business needs and challengesLearn how a training budget is tracked and what are the different processes to define it - data migration - reporting, documentation and archiving.What are the basics? You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Human Resources, Communication, Digital Marketing or related fields.Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus.Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required.Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activitiesGood interpersonal and communication skills, Digital Mindset, proactivityPassion for fashion and luxury trendsExcellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiencyHow will the Recruitment process look like?
