Starting from May 27th, 2024, we will offer an internship opportunity in the Marketing team.
Key Accountabilities: Support the tutor in reviewing and coordinating incoming media plans and updates from the regions, providing feedback aligned with the central strategy and guidelines. Update all internal documents and systems related to media planning, including flowcharts and summary decks, internal budgeting systems, etc. Connect with all relevant internal departments, including creative, legal, e-commerce, social media, and global. Learn how to build relationships with external vendors and publishers. Support the tutor in managing the day-to-day communication with our partner agencies, running our weekly status calls, and updating the discussion agendas. What will you learn with us? Learn about the Luxury Media world. Develop strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills. Learn how to communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders. Work in a multinational matrix organization. What are the basics? You should be going into your last year of university and planning a gap semester to take an internship or have recently graduated (within the past 2 years) with successful studies in Marketing , Communication, Economics, Business Management or related fields . Previous curricular/extra-curricular or educational experience abroad is a plus. Fluency in English. Involvement in curricular university activities and volunteering activities Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency How will the Recruitment process look like?
