The Global Retail Academy Training Content Designer is responsible for execution and craft of internally high quality and impact learning content using different programs, authoring tools & devices and in different formats for the different product segments and distribution channels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Craft engaging and effective learning materials in various formats, including digital modules, webinars, classroom sessions, and more;Support in the definition, update, and maintenance pf the training content calendar;Contribute to source content from subject matter experts (SMEs) and contribute to its continuous improvement;Support in managing contact and processes with internal and external partners involved in learning content creation;Collaborate with external companies and stakeholders to co-develop or deliver learning materials;Collaborate with regional and local teams on a 360-degree content development approach, ensuring regional involvement and cultural adaptations.JOB REQUIREMENTS Min. 3 yrs in the fashion/luxury retail Industry (ideally including Retail shopfloor background)Strong passion for product, service and peopleNice to have: Previous experience of 3 years in international training departments and/or in roles where training and developing others was part of the job mission will represent an added valueDigital fluency, attitude and curiosityKnowledge of adult learning techniques, learning techniques and didacticExperience in Digital Learning: strong expertise on learning system implementation, digital content design and implementationInternational experience and strong cultural sensitivity is a plusFluency in English, written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is appreciated.Well-spoken, agile approach, can-do attitude and high teamwork skills Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
