THE ROLE:
Inside the CRM department, you will be part of the Client Relations team whose mission is to support the creation, organization and implementation of global client experiences and events as well as support with the top 2 client segmentation strategy.
The Client Relations Specialist will help planning and coordination of client\'s Brand experiences, aimed at rewarding and increasing top client loyalty guaranteeing a high level of service and clients experience consistency.
The role is based in Florence, home to many corporate departments of our company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support the WW Client Relations team with the planning and execution of activities aimed at rewarding and increasing top client loyalty (with special focus on Brand Experience support) such as:
Collaborate closely with regions to seamlessly implement Global Brand Experience concepts and high-end events
Operational support the Global Client relations team as well as the Regional Client relations teams on the daily
