He/she will design and implement solutions for better user experience and improved performance, manage user requests regarding the supervised platforms and ensure the quality of the service provided.
Key Accountabilities Analyze business unit requests and understand business requirements.
Work with various technical staff members to determine possible solutions.
Conduct functional analysis of business domains and related business processes or systems Closely work with solution providers to ensure delivery on time with expected functionality Requirements 2 + years in Business Intelligence and Analytics Technical Skills:Can write efficient SQL queries Knows data-warehousing principles and how to build an effective data model Experience with data visualization tools (Microstrategy) Experience with iOS/web apps deployment (not mandatory) Knowledge of system administration of LINUX and Windows Server Environments Knowledge of SSO protocols (OIDC , SAML) apreciated Knows how to code, both back-end and front-end appreciated Strong analytical thinking Fluent in both written and spoken English knowledge of the functional and technical architecture of infrastructures and platforms knowledge of Project management principles and methodologies Strong orientation to results; Knowledge of Business intelligence Application landscape and products Problem Solving Soft skills:Ability to manage multiple activities in a multi-tasking environment Reactivity and flexibility in managing frequent changes Capacity to prioritize workload and tasks Strong interpersonal, communication and relational skills Strong relationships building attitude Ability to image and devise new and better ways of doing things Ability to analyze complex issues and critically evaluate possible solutions Negotiation skills Dealing with conflict Decision making Dealing with customers & suppliers Public Speaking Emotional Intelligence Task & Solution attitude Gucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
