**Role purpose**:
The Vodafone Business Group Product and Services Go-To-Market Design team is responsible for creating, launching, and maximising the impact of propositions and solutions that customers will love, and that drive commercial success across all our Enterprise markets, segments and channels.
Together with our industry-leading digital technology partners, we have built a compelling portfolio that is one of the fastest growing within Vodafone and our ambition over the next 5 years is to multiply this growth many-fold.
We are a team who enjoy working in a faced paced environment and you will join other highly skilled Go-To-Market (GTM) professionals to drive this growth across segments.
You will work closely with Portfolio, Propositions, Marketing and local OpCos to build GTM strategies to drive this exponential growth.

- This team is responsible for:
- Understanding "Customer behaviour & pain-points", "Market dynamics", "Existing Sales Drivers & Sales Motions", "Propositions" and "Evolving Sales Strategies" to support the creation of an overarching GTM strategy for key customer segments; Build a Phased implementation approach for this long-term strategy
- Define KPIs for key GTM initiatives to measure impact and success
- Support Prioritisation of key GTM initiatives based on expected ROI
- Work closely with Partners to define joint-GTM growth plans while maximizing MDF budgets
- Work with Portfolio, Planning & OpCo Segment leads to build long term ambitions

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Define and lead Go-To-Market strategy for key segments in order to meet commercial objectives
- Build a Phased implementation approach for this long-term strategy
- Support Commercial Prioritisation of key GTM initiatives based on expected ROI
- Work with key strategic partners to create joint-growth plans and maximise MDF ROI
- Work with Portfolio, Planning & OpCo Segment leads to build long term ambition
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- A good balance of experience across Commercial Management, Strategy, Product / Portfolio management
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Experience in Building Long-term Strategies
- Experience in dealing with SME and Large Corporate Sales teams
- Ability to unite, direct and motivate diverse, cross-functional, global teams
- Ability to work with strategic partners
- Relationship building skills within a complex matrix structure with good communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, ambitious and innovation hungry
**Desired technical/professional qualifications**:
- Degree or postgraduate business qualification
- Experience in Telecoms and/or IT managed service and/or SaaS companies
