The _Aero GT relationship manager _is responsible to supervise all the GTE interactions pertinent to the Aeroderivative Gas Turbines supply. The _Aero GT relationship manager _will coordinate the different teams working on suppling aeroderivative gas turbines to the GTE organization.
You will work closely with the S&OP and product leadership team to define the long range forecast, issue the demand to AAJV/GEA, collaborating with the commercial organization to ensure that customer needs are recorded, while ensuring that the deliveries are monitored and fulfilled according the customer needs.
You will have the responsibility to monitor and report criticalities to the leadership trough the analysis of schedule, progress and risks and escalate when challenges arise.
- As Aero GT relationship manager, you will be responsible for:_
- Collecting demand from the Sales and Operations Planning process, project long range forecast to AAJV/GEA ; drive advance buy, issue forecast POR, monitor and expedite PO forecast issuance
- Making sure that AeroGT product strategy takes into account market needs and supply chain constraints
- Ensuring pricelist updates are available within the organization and cost structures understood by the functions.
- Enabling slot booking system for the ITO planning team, facilitate prioritization change request, develop and maintain guidelines to enable customer delivery dates projections.
- Enabling the OTR planning team to get delivery updates to project management organization, support project prioritization needs and find solution to fulfil customer needs; ensure sales plan is accurate, synchronize Nuovo Pignone and North America organizations, lead engine reconfiguration activities that might be required to fulfil customer needs
- Adapting advance buy strategies to pricelist structure (i.e. leverage on baseline vs estimate costs), synchronize Nuovo Pignone and North America procurement organizations
- Supporting fulfilment organization in ensuring timely shipment, facilitate roadblocks overcome (i.e. facilitate preliminary test report issuance,)
- Ensuring that each Quality concern is addressed to AAJV and that the right interfaces are in place; ensure concern tracking system are adequate and in place.
- Supporting Engineering technical alignment and requirements flow down when facing roadblock (technical regulation and standards, special tests, certifications,...) develop optional kits strategy
- Collaborating with the Communication organization to develop internal (employee) and external (customers) communications material and plans
- Ensuring all information on Aero GT are available for the commercial organization to develop the most effective commercial strategy, ensuring customer satisfaction from the negotiation phase to the delivery and installation
- Developing knowledge and understanding of the agreement in place with AAJV / GEA, promote its understanding in the organization, ensure that all stakeholders act within he boundaries of the agreement, request and share interpretations in case of uncertainties
- Acting as intermediate escalation path to AAJV / GEA, adopt and improve the escalation process
- Providing regular updates to the GTE leadership on the status of the AeroGT interaction, flow down priorities to the organization and address any emerging conflicts. Obtain release on advance buy strategy and highlight challenges and expectations.
- Establishing network within AAJV to ensure proper issue funneling in case of escalation, streamline and improve existing processes, develop new one when required.
- Acting as GTE internal communication agent to ensure that all critical information are available to the GTE Aero GT network
- Developing network with the GTS organization in order to act in synch with that organization, leveraging on its different business model (i.e. exchanging engines in case of customer criticalities, providing engines when risking inventory latencies). Ensuring that engines ordered as spare have the same requirements as the original engines (optional kits, certifications, testing)
