As part of our marketing growth strategy , we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing person to join our Marketing team, with the purpose of growing Unobravo in Italy in a fast and sustainable way. You will lead the local Marketing activities focused on our B 2C Patients target to lead the go to market strategies, consolidate the brand and drive business growth. The role will report to the Head of Marketing Italy.
AS AMARKETING MANAGERPATIENTS FOT ITALYYOU WILL:
Execute but also support with the definition of growth strategy for the Italian market in order to exceed Patient and Therapist growth targets in line with LTV/CAC ratio needs.
Ensure adequate understanding of IT supply / demand balance, ensuring manage in a balanced manner Patient demand with Therapists supply.
Own the Growth performance monitoring and lead meetings in order to provide a clear understanding of the market performance vs set targets, understand blockers and agree on actions. Feedback to Leadership is also required.
Cross-Functional Coordination of central and local teams to address operational needs, align strategies, and leverage resources effectively.
Drive the implementation of strategic as well as operational initiatives to accelerate market growth and penetration, such as localized marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with channel owners for effective budget deployment / shifts across channels in order to maximize growth and exceeds performance targets.
Attribution and Reporting: Working with the central data team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution methodologies are in place to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Drive key pieces of discovery and analysis (in collaboration with Data and other departments) to testing and implementation with marketing teams.
Collaborate with Local teams (Supply Acquisition, Customer success) and Central teams (Product, Data) to get insights, identify opportunities to ensure growth and drive efficiency.
? YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing channels, from top (branding) to bottom funnel (performance).
Solid expertise in managing online brand and drive growth across multiple communication channels.
Hands-on attitude, a lot needs to be created from the ground up, builder mindset.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and capacity to work well on matrix-reporting organizations.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideally, you have experience or are highly familiar with marketplace-like ecosystems, where growth on the demand and supply sides is well managed and balanced.
