Growth Marketing & Automation Specialist Your Mission We're looking for a Marketing Automation & Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our digital growth. If you're passionate about leveraging automation tools and running impactful paid ad campaigns, we'd love to hear from you Responsibilities Develop and optimize marketing funnels: Create, manage, and automate customer journeys using ActiveCampaign or similar tools. Launch and manage paid campaigns: Design, execute, and analyze campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital channels. Collaborate with the marketing team: Work closely with the team to align campaign strategies with company objectives and optimize conversions. Monitor performance: Track and report on KPIs such as CTR, CAC, LTV, ROI, and funnel conversion rates. A/B testing and optimization: Continuously test creatives, landing pages, and email sequences to enhance performance. Integrate systems: Ensure seamless integration between marketing automation tools, CRM (ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.), and analytics platforms. What We're Looking For Must-Have: Proven experience with ActiveCampaign , HubSpot, or similar marketing automation platforms. Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads , and PPC campaigns. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping , funnel creation, and conversion optimization. Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics , Looker, or similar. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within a fast-paced startup environment. Nice-to-Have: Experience with email marketing and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage). Knowledge of SEO and organic growth strategies. Familiarity with PropTech or SaaS industries.
