In this role, we can offer a full-time position with flexible working arrangements, such as hybrid working up to 80%, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns.We are looking for a Customs Growth Enablement Manager – Italy and Greece.
In this role, you will enable growth opportunities across the area for the customs product with your commercial, technical, and market understanding.
You will enhance the sales community with capabilities and knowledge, including increased confidence to profitably grow with customers while also working on pricing definitions.
You will identify business opportunities and support vertical teams in staying ahead of market trends.Key responsibilities:Generate business through interaction with the different parts of the Maersk commercial organization, enabling them to win additional business and leading interactions with top customers, existing and new, at a strategic level.Define targeted accounts and develop opportunities for the product.Maximize synergies and overall profitability on opportunities.Strong ability to break down a product solution in a clear and simple way to both internal sales and customers.Provide solutions to sales and customers at a rapid pace.Act as the voice of the customers within the product organization.Define pricing setup and value proposition for the product.We're looking for:Customs and international trade knowledge.Strong communication and commercial abilities.Fluency in English and Italian.Solution-oriented mindset with strong customer relationship skills.Financial and pricing understanding.Understanding of customer industry needs and requirements for the respective product.Stakeholder management and influencing skills.Location: The position is based in Italy.If you have been reading so far, we are glad to see you are interested!
