What You Will Do Define and implement user acquisition strategies: Collaborate with partner agencies and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
to attract new students and companies.Analyze data and performance: Monitor key KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and run A/B tests to continually optimize the acquisition funnel.Create continuous experimentation processes: Design, implement, and evaluate A/B and MVT (multi-variate testing) experiments on landing pages, ads, and user journeys to continuously improve the acquisition funnel.Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and education teams to ensure acquisition strategies align with business goals and that the leads generated are of high quality.Manage media budgets: Plan and effectively allocate the marketing budget, ensuring a positive ROI and meeting deadlines.Enhance brand awareness: Identify new growth opportunities, such as events, open days, and targeted campaigns to expand EPICODE's presence in the EdTech market.Monitor competitors and industry trends: Identify best practices and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Optimize lead management processes: Ensure lead flows are seamless and integrated into CRM and marketing automation systems.What We Are Looking For Experience: at least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition roles, preferably in the EdTech, education, or digital startup sectors.Analytical skills: You excel in data analysis and creating data-driven strategies.
You know how to interpret reports and dashboards to make strategic decisions.Strategic creativity: You balance creativity and pragmatism to find innovative solutions that deliver tangible results.Team spirit: You enjoy collaborating with others and sharing ideas, maintaining excellent communication with colleagues and external partners.Problem-solving attitude: You overcome obstacles with determination and flexibility, keeping your focus on the goals.Ambition: You are eager to actively contribute to EPICODE's growth, with the goal of transforming strategies into tangible, innovative, and scalable results.Technical knowledge: Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
), CRM systems (HubSpot), and advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.
