As part of the largest Global Media network, we work closely with GroupM agencies to give brands access to more than 6,500 technology and data consultants, connecting data and technology investments to business results, while helping them stay at the forefront of innovation.We are looking for a passionate, highly driven and curious Senior Measurement Consultant to join our Acceleration Measurement team, composed by 22 Consultants. The team is young, talented, and dynamic.The candidate will work closely with both internal WPP/GroupM Agencies and external clients on business with the aim to provide strategic and tactical insight in order to optimize marketing investments and maximize ROI.RESPONSIBILITIESMeasure and analyze impact of marketing activities on client business goalsAnalyze different type of metrics like business data, macro-economic dynamics, web analytics, media and marketing investments, call center data and other relevant factorsDevelop Marketing Mix Models, Regression Based Attribution Models, Multi-touch Attribution and other analytical solutions to provide data driven recommendation supporting media investment allocation and planningEvaluate different Marketing and Media Scenarios, forecasting business results and supporting marketing strategyManage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in order to lead the whole analysis process, from data collection up to final presentation and discussion with the clientDesign and develop performance reports, defining the Key metrics & actionable insightABOUT YOU   A curious and data-oriented mindset, with economic-mathematic-statistic backgroundStrong analytical skills setExcellent communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to collaborate across teamsStrong interest for the interpretation of business dataExcel lover, with a good working knowledge of PowerPointKnowledge of the English languageHave a strong orientation toward team working, collaboration and support of colleagues, while always maintaining a positive approach3+ years of working experienceThe knowledge of the following will be considered as a plus:   Previous experience with Marketing Mix Modeling/Econometric ModelingPrevious experience in a Consulting/Analytic RolesIf you are eager to be part of our team, join the challenge!
