Your main responsibilities are:
Coordinate People Development plant pillar leaders at Group level
Ensure adoption of the World Class methodology
Facilitate best practices sharing and encourage the implementation of the program in all plants
Manage and coordinate the World Class Suggestions System activities, from process definition to results evaluation
In coordination with the Corporate People Development & Learning Centre of Expertise, manage the training needs, skill assessment and succession plan activities of the various plants
Manage all HR plant KPIs:
score card, analytics, head count, absenteeism, injury, etc.
Strong focus on Labour Cost (direct and indirect production employees)
Main skills:
You possess a Master Degree in Economics or Engineering and have developed your HR experience (4-6 years) in manufacturing environments, where you have dealt with lean manufacturing methods/WCM.
Entrepreneurship, flexibility and a strong adaptability, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills complete the profile.
English is mandatory.
