For our client, an important multinational company, we are looking for:
Group Treasury Manager Directly reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will constantly oversee and properly manage and the related perimeter of owned subsidiaries overseas and coordinate and preside over treasury activities and insurance programs at Group level, with specific focus on Cash Pooling cross countries, rationalization of funds and maximization of remuneration of the liquidity of the Group dealing with banks, credit institutions, insurance brokers.
Activities: Ensure, in coordination with the Group Chief Financial Officer, the proper development and management of the relationships with banks, credit institutions, as to guarantee the necessary support to the strategic initiativesEnsure, in coordination with the Group Chief Financial Officer, the proper development and management of the relationships with Rating AgenciesManage several international multicurrency Cash Pooling and Intercompany LoansDefine the cash evolution and needs and support the Business Performance & Control department in the Forecast, Budget and Industrial Plan processCoordinate the timely collection and consolidation of multicurrency flow of data at Group level in order to support any decision to achieve an optimal cash allocation and currency exposure managementGuarantee, in constant alignment with the Group CFO, the proper management of currency, interest rates and commodity price risksAdminister, manage and improve treasury software (TMS) and online banking platformsCoordinate all corporate insurance programs at Group levelSupport the Group CFO in managing and addressing extraordinary activities in M&A transactions or similarCoordinate and guide the local Treasury departments by defining group guidelines, monitoring their application and continuously improving processesRequirement: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience, ideally gained working in Treasury Departments of large multinational companiesMaster's degree in Economy, ideally with a specialization in Corporate Finance, Business Admin. or similar; MBA a plusgood technical knowledge of financial instruments required to hedge exchange risks and interest variancesknowledge of relevant accounting treatment of various instruments (derivatives)Experience in Treasury Management Systems (i.e. Kyriba), online banking systems (i.e. Connexis, InBiz) and info providers (i.e. Eikon)Fluent in English language, further languages a plus
