Job PurposeWe are looking for a Group Total Rewards Lead Specialist to support the development, implementation, and administration of global rewards programs.
The role focuses on ensuring fair, competitive, and market-aligned compensation and benefits structures to support business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement global compensation and benefits initiatives.Support HR and business leaders on pay-related matters.Conduct market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.Contribute to the preparation of the company's annual remuneration report.Maintain and support governance of the job architecture and pay structures.Required EducationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Required Skills and Experience5-8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in an international environment.Experience in Long-Term Incentive (LTI) plan administration is a plus.People management experience is a plus.Familiarity with market pricing, job evaluation, and job architecture frameworks.Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and data analysis tools (Excel, etc.
).Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Technical CompetenciesExperience with job classification systems and pay governanceStrong reporting and data visualization skillsRequired Behaviours and CompetenciesAttention to detail and strong accuracy in data handling.Effective communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate within a global team.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage confidential information.Required LanguagesFluent English is required.
