Group Supply Chain Manager

Our Client is an Italian Company leading in the Plastic sector, applied to various businesses.
In order to reorganize the group management team, they're looking for a Group Supply Chain Manager.
**Posizione**:
Main tasks:
- Collaborate with the assigned management and staff in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans;
- Define the Supply Chain multi-site (5 Plants: Europe, Turkey and USA) strategy in agreement with global guidelines and company values;
- Promote and develop tight integration between planning, logistics and other operations areas and optimize performance in schedule attainment, adherence and on time delivery;
- Establish and monitor Supply Chain budget and standard KPI's, in line with company guideline;
- Synchronize activities and work cross-functionally with other departments to understand internal and external customer needs in order to ensure the delivery of best customer service level;
- Propose continuous improvement/lean initiatives, analyze benefits/cost/change management.
**Requisiti**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Logistics or related field;
- 10 years of related experience, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience;
- Strong experience with sourcing and procurement program;
- Fluency in English and Italian languages will be considered mandatory requirements, a good knowledge of French language will be considered a relevant plus;
- Attitude in working in multicultural professional and modernly organized contexts;
- Strong industrial and business vision.
