Group Reporting and Digitalization Manager (M/W) Reporting to the Group Controlling VP, you will lead the group controlling activities in strong collabo-ration with all finance department and be responsible of the overall financial reporting to manage-ment.As global controller for the support functions you will be the business partner for support function management.
You will drive the controlling digitalization journey partnering with Business, Controlling and Digital teams.

Contributeto the preparation of the financial reporting to internal and externalstakeholders (Sidel GLT, TLI, Board…) Ensurethe overall coordination and supervision of the financial closing, reporting, andforecasting processes (annual Budget, quarterly Outlook, and quarterlyclosing) for the Sidel Group.
Harmonize and standardizeControlling deliverables and Tools across the Group Drivewith Digital SAP S4Hana CO implementation Improvecontrolling current deliverables understanding internal customer needsusing current reporting platform Qlik Sense while migrating to new platforms.
Propose and implementcontinuous improvements of existing finance processes, report, analysis andtools to gain in efficiency and quality.
Maintaininternal rules (policies / procedures / work instruction), up to date inhis/her area of responsibility.
Own anddrive the Investment process and tool Participatein ad hoc projects and management requests FinanceBusiness partner for transversal projects (eg: Leading Excellence) Your Profile Master degree or equivalent in Finance A Minimum of 10 years' experience in Controlling Strong controlling technical skills, solidknowledge of International Financial Reporting Standers (IFRS) accountingprinciples Experience in Qlik Sense Analytics Experience in SAP FI/CO (Finance/Controlling) in an international and industrial group Advanced knowledge of controllingprocesses & business planning principles Advance practice of Excel & PowerPoint Strong interpersonal skills, team player Ability to lead in a matrix organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
