Group Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Promotion Activities

Main Purpose of the role Within Group Regulatory Affairs Team, the new resource with legal profile will work on compliance of promotional activities developed at national and international level that fall within the scope of prize promotions, to ensure compliance with applicable legislation in each market.
What you will do Manage the compliance for prize promotions worldwide, providing advice on project feasibility, including mechanics, prizes, rules and communication material (adv, product labels, websites, social media posts, etc.
); Continuously communicate with Marketing teams providing advice and support; Collaborate in drafting agreements for prize promotions; Coordinate with Regulatory colleagues worldwide for prize promotions projects; Monitor and study legislation applicable to prize promotions, reporting regulatory developments to internal stakeholders; Support the Regulatory team to manage consumer complaints and administrative cases related to prize promotions, toys and promotional items; Contact with authorities, local agencies and consultants; Draft supply agreements at global level; Possible international job transfers.
Who you are Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law; English oral and written: proficiency level (other languages highly appreciated); At least 5 years' experience in consumer products or services business within Legal or Regulatory department, Law firm or Consultancy agency.
Experience in promotional activities and consumer law highly appreciated; High degree of organization and detail-oriented; Ability to work under pressure meeting strict deadlines and to handle confidential information; Business-oriented approach and multitasking; Flexibility and capacity to communicate effectively; Ability to work in team and to coordinate activities with colleagues also located in other countries; Quick learner; Strong interest in new trends and good knowledge of social media.
