**About This Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead an internal Product Management team.
We are looking for someone who builds the strategic vision of the Line to build unique and revolutionary products in the L&D industry:
- Leading the Enterprise PM and Engineering teams in the definition of Market & Revenue Input, Technical Debt Input and Disruptive Innovation
- Transforming and innovating team productivity, designing and guiding the product roadmap
- Leveraging data, design principles and usability research to develop new features or create products.
Together with the CPO / Senior VP of Product you will manage a portfolio of multi-products with an agile methodology

**Responsibilities**:
- Use data and research to drive insights to solve business problems
- Lead analyses on the competitive environment and of our customer and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage of the Docebo Learning Suite.
- Working together PMM (Product Marketing Manager) should drive the success of the product and gather input from the market, sales and customer experience org, to increase adoption and drive the product market-oriented development.
- Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders including finalizing product pitches about the product roadmap to the Executive team in order to get the final approval.
- Manage and develop a team of Product Managers to drive global product requirements definition, and product planning of new features and enhancements.
- Develop a comprehensive product roadmap and strategy by working together with Engineering, Analytics, Design and other cross-functional teams.
- Focus on Product Line integration.
- Simplify Integrations Adoption: for any existing or next features, the PLM will be on making the feature adoption easy by reducing the acquisition, implementation, and maintenance costs tied to integrations complexity providing easy-to-use and streamlined solutions.
- Partnership with Other Teams: the PLM leads the Product Management team because it will be responsible for guiding the choice of what gets built, marketing what is new, supporting the customer experience, and measuring the performance of it all.
The path to do so is collaborating with every team in the company from engineering, product marketing, design / UX, Support, Revenue, and so on.
- Customer Collaboration and Integration Product Management: he/she will actively work on listening to their customers and acting on their input to everyone's benefit to improve customer experience and have customers enjoy Integration solutions.
**Requirements**:
- BA/BS degree in a technology-related field or relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience in product management or relevant experience
- Experience with Enterprise technologies
- You are in good standing with the organization and have your current manager's support, you have shown successful goals attainment
- Fluent English
**Preferred Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience in a people management role or relevant experience.
- Managerial experience building, mentoring, and growing teams.
- Proven experience building Enterprise products with a demonstrated ability to drive ideation, product planning, development, and launch.
- Proven communication and influence skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical architecture and competitive technology.
- You have demonstrated relevant experience with managing and leading highly cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
