The intern's role will involve supporting the Organization Change Management Function within the HR Family in their daily tasks.We seek an individual with a passion for HR, organization, change management, and digital transformation topics, who is eager to collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders and external partners worldwide on multi-year transformation initiatives that extend beyond the realm of HR.Required Experiences/SkillsHolder of a university degree (minimum 3 years of higher education) preferably in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration or similar.Good command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)Soft skills:Confidentiality and discretionCommunication skills (both written and oral)ProactivityFlexibilityProblem-solvingProficient user of English Knowledge of any EU official language is an advantage.
