Analyze the market and competition, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, product development) to ensure consistency and synergy in marketing activities. Plan and manage different types of campaigns, using various communication channels (digital, social media, events, press). Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies through performance analysis and reporting. Maintain relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and agencies. Promote and maintain the image of the Serenissima Ristorazione brand and other entities of the group, ensuring that the messages are consistent and in line with the company values. Manage your marketing budget, optimizing resources to maximize return on investment. Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related disciplines. At least 5 years of previous experience in marketing roles, preferably in the restaurant industry or in service companies. Excellent knowledge of digital and traditional marketing techniques. Ability to analyze and interpret market data. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Creativity, problem-solving, and results-oriented. Knowledge of social media management platforms and web analytics tools. About us:
