Group Internal Communications Manager - Temporary Contract

Position Summary As Group Internal Communications Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage the messages and channels that enable people at Nestlé to feel informed, connected and purposeful in order to drive organizational performance.

A day in the life of the Group Internal Communications Manager During the mission, under your local responsibility, you will listen, inform and build trust with colleagues through effective communication and engagement: Build understanding of business strategy and drive a united team and culture through internal events with a E2E approach.
Drive internal awareness of our role as a Force for Good and Nestlé's role in Italian society, working closely with the Corporate Affairs team.
Collect info, write and send internal comm emails keeping in mind different targets (headquarters employees, sales agents, factories employees).
Create engagement around Nestlé's brands initiatives and new products.
Manage communication channels and establish a clear governance (e.g.
intranet, internal social network).
Coordinate internal communications for Nestlé and its Businesses stakeholders.
Analyze internal comm KPIs to ensure annual targets achievement.
Support HR in organizational communications and change management processes.
What Will Make You Successful 4+ years of experience in communications or functions as HR and Marketing.
Writing skills, lateral thinking, problem solving, curiosity.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and senior executives with the ability to align stakeholders (Local and International) to your recommendations.
Expertise in management external agencies.
Interest in DI, Digitalization and ESG topics.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite (such as Sharepoint, Onedrive).
