PositionData preparation for payroll processing;Management and processing of pay slips;Managing the timesheets, expenses and overtime system;Management of administrative paperwork (hiring, extensions, resignations, compulsory communications, etc.
);Fulfilment of legal obligations (contributory, insurance, tax, administrative).
RequirementsMaster's degree and/or Bachelor's degree in economics or diploma in economics;
Previous experience in the role of at least 2 years in medium-sized organisations (professional firms and/or companies);
Knowledge of and ability to use modern computer and telematic technologies;
Ability to draw up personnel-related reports and statistics using Excel;
Basic knowledge of the English language;
Excellent ability to build relationships of trust, reliability and confidentiality.
