Date Posted: 2024-08-05 Country: Italy Location: CASSINA DE' PECCHI, Cassina De' Pecchi, Italy The role is responsible for assisting the CFO in all strategic financial analysis planning, forecasting, business performance reviews and financial decision making / strategy support.
He/She will lead and coordinate a team of 4 people on the FP&A activities for Italy and for all the other SEE countries.
It is a key role to ensure the business results and meets appropriate financial targets and all available information for senior level decision making.
Key Responsibilities Supervision and coordination from corporate perspective of financial planning and analysis activities across the group.
Preparation of monthly closing processes ensuring transparency and accuracy of reported data, data submission to EMEA of Italy results and coordinate the monthly closing of all the SEE countries.
Monthly internal reporting towards branches and Subsidiaries.
Planning and monthly forecasting activities including income statement, balance sheet, supplemental accounts and improve forecasting of cash flow.
Ad Hoc analysis, PP presentations and deep-dive on specific topics.
Support in the development and implementation of the corporate business and financial strategy working closely with all the SEE leadership and EMEA FP&A community.
Actively look for potential savings and opportunities to ensure delivery of targets.
Experience Required 10 years of FP&A experience preferably in a multinational company.
Familiar with working in a matrix organization.
Strong people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of English and familiarity with the main IT tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of Hyperion system will be considered a plus.
The profile is completed by excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, interpersonal communication skills, team working as well as a strong ability to work with deadlines.
